[ShopeePay Merchant] Why do I receive a tax invoice?

As a ShopeePay Merchant, you may receive a tax invoice that documents the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) (MDR) charged, including GST. 


This invoice serves an accounting purpose for merchants, and if your company is GST-registered, you can claim the GST from IRAS.

If you have not received your tax invoice, you can reach out to us with the following details::

  1. Merchant name
  2. Outlet name
  3. Proof of ownership (ACRA)
