Orders are awarded to Affiliates who promoted the same shop that the buyer clicked and made the purchase from, Affiliates will have more chances to earn a higher income by promoting Commission Xtra items. 

For an order to be accurately awarded to affiliates, the buyer will need to check out within 7 days after clicking on an affiliate link. 

Once an order is awarded to an affiliate, the commission is calculated based on the current Shopee commission and Commission Xtra rates at the time the order was placed by the buyer. 

Affiliates can check the Shopee Affiliate Program platform to keep up to date on the latest commission rates and Commission Xtra rates offered by Shopee sellers.

To ensure that you’re always ahead of the curve and getting the most out of your promotion, here are five best practices to take note of

1) Always promote/post about products or shops with Commission Xtra offers

2) Avoid promoting the home page, category, or other non-shop / product affiliate links including:

You won’t be able to earn extra commission when you promote the above pages.

3) Pay attention to offer periods and post before offers end

4) Use trackable Shopee Affiliate short links

1. Shopee Affiliate Short Link:  Chance to get stacked Shopee + Xtra commissions 

2. Shopee Affiliate Long links: ONLY able to earn Shopee base commissions

3. Shopee Affiliate Link Wrapped In 3rd Party Short Link: ONLY able to earn Shopee base commissions

4. Non-Affiliate Shopee Links: ONLY able to earn Shopee base commissions
