Free Sample Feature (Exclusively for Top KOL, KOL & KOC Tiers)
What are Free Samples?
The Shopee Affiliate Program’s Free Sample feature allows eligible affiliates — specifically those in the Top KOL, KOL, and KOC tiers — to request, test, and review products from participating Shopee sellers at no cost.
Whitelisted affiliates can submit a free sample request directly through the Affiliate Portal. Sellers will then review the request and, if approved, proceed to ship the product.
After receiving the item, affiliates are required to:
Test and review the product, and
Submit proof of content (screenshot or post URL) via the Affiliate Portal to complete the request.
Please note that failure to provide the required content may result in revoked access to the Free Sample feature or other penalties at Shopee’s discretion.
Your Fulfilment Rate for Free Samples refreshes every calendar quarter.
How to Request for Free Samples?
Free Samples are only available to selected users at this time. Whitelisted affiliates will see a “Request Sample” button at the bottom of each Affiliate product detail page.
Use “Request Sample” to begin the free sample process.
Select your delivery address and desired product model / variation to be delivered.
Lastly, agree to the terms of service for using the Free Sample function before submitting the request to the seller.
