How does the Tiering Structure work?
Shopee's Affiliate Program has a well structured tier system to ensure that individuals at different levels of influence and engagement can benefit accordingly. Your tiering is refreshed at the beginning of each month based on your performance from the previous month and if you linked your promotional platform. Higher tiers unlock better commission rates and additional benefits!
Tag Requirements
The table below shows how we group all Shopee affiliates under different categories.
*Even if a user has linked a social media account, they will be categorised as an Affiliate if the majority of their orders come from platforms other than Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or XiaoHongShu.
Commission Rates
Based on your tier, you will be entitled to different commission rates. Do note that an order needs to be completed within 7 days of clicking on your link for your commission to be awarded.
Legend:
Commissions XTRA direct orders refer to successful orders from the same Commissions XTRA shop/product you promoted via your affiliate link .
Other orders refer to indirect orders where the buyer's last click before checkout was not on the specific product or shop link shared by the affiliate. Instead, the buyer might have clicked on a general Shopee homepage link, a microsite, or another unrelated product before completing the purchase.
Under Commissions Structure for Commissions EXtra, it refers to brand commissions and the commissions rates differ from brand to product.
