[Shipping Returns] Packing Return Parcels

1. How do I pack my parcel for returns?

Step 1: Pack your items securely

  • Pack all items in their original packaging to prevent damage or loss

  • If original packaging is damaged, use secure alternative packaging

  • Seal all openings tightly

Include all original items, such as:

  • Brand packaging

  • Free gifts

  • Warranties

  • Tags

  • Manuals

  • Internal protection (e.g. bubble wrap)

  • All accessories provided

Step 2: Attach your tracking label

  • Write the tracking number generated from your Shopee app (Return/Refund Details page) and Order ID on a piece of paper.

Alternatively, print shipping label which can be downloaded from Return/Refund Details page

  • Paste paper securely on the parcel

  • Cover the original shipping label where applicable

 

 

⚠️ Note

  • Parcels that are not packed securely according to the guidelines above may be rejected by the logistics partner

  • Shopee will not be liable for any damage caused to your return parcel due to improper packaging.

  • Parcels will go through multiple handling stages (e.g. loading, sorting), so ensure they are well-protected

  • For fragile items, consider using a "This side up," "Fragile," or "Handle with care" sticker as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.
