Pack all items in their original packaging to prevent damage or loss
If original packaging is damaged, use secure alternative packaging
Seal all openings tightly
Include all original items, such as:
Brand packaging
Free gifts
Warranties
Tags
Manuals
Internal protection (e.g. bubble wrap)
All accessories provided
Step 2: Attach your tracking label
Write the tracking number generated from your Shopee app (Return/Refund Details page) and Order ID on a piece of paper.
Alternatively, print shipping label which can be downloaded from Return/Refund Details page
Paste paper securely on the parcel
Cover the original shipping label where applicable

Parcels that are not packed securely according to the guidelines above may be rejected by the logistics partner
Shopee will not be liable for any damage caused to your return parcel due to improper packaging.
Parcels will go through multiple handling stages (e.g. loading, sorting), so ensure they are well-protected
For fragile items, consider using a "This side up," "Fragile," or "Handle with care" sticker as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.

Or simply enter the tracking number on the website of the courier service.
