Please email Great Eastern Customer Service at wecare-sg@greateasternlife.com com if you did not receive your e-policy document. 3. Can I amend the starting date of my travel policy? No. The starting date cannot be amended. The existing policy must be cancelled and replaced with a new policy. A single-trip travel policy also cannot be cancelled once it has passed the designated start date.
