[SPX Express] What is the SPX Locker collection method and how to select it as my delivery option?
SPX Express locker is a parcel locker service by Shopee’s own logistic service that allows buyers to self-collect their parcels from selected lockers at their convenience.
To choose SPX Locker as your shipping option, go to the Checkout page, Select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Select Shopee Collection Point > If suggested Collection Point is not SPX Locker or your desired SPX Locker, Select Choose Another Collection Point > Search for "SPX Locker" in the Collection Point search bar > Select a desired SPX Locker location > Select Confirm > Select Place Order.
You will be notified to collect your parcel via Shopee App Push Notification//Whatsapp message/SMS/Email once it has been deposited in the locker
⚠️Note
The collection window is 3 calendar days from the parcel deposited date - you may refer to the Shopee App Order Detail Page//Whatsapp message/SMS/Email for the date of the last day for collection.
If collection is not made within the collection window, the parcel will be returned to seller.
