[SPX Locker] What is SPX Locker and how to select it as my delivery option?

SPX Locker is an initiative by Shopee’s own logistic service that allows users to collect parcels at their convenience from selected SPX parcel collection lockers.
You can find the available SPX lockers here depending on your shipping address.
  
To choose SPX Locker as a shipping option, go to the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Under “Lockers”, Select an SPX Locker > Verify address > Select CONFIRM.

To choose another SPX Locker, on the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Select Choose Another Locker > Enter address to search for desired SPX locker > Select CONFIRM > Select Place order
 
 

For parcel collection, you will be notified to collect the parcel via Whatsapp/SMS and push notification. You will receive a PIN that can be found in your Whatsapp/SMS or Order Details page on the Shopee App that is required for parcel collection.

 

To find your PIN in the Shopee App you can go to Me tab > Select To Receive > Select your order > PIN code can be found in the details section.

An example of PIN can be found via SMS.
 

⚠️Note:

  • The collection window is 2 calendar days for non-office/non-school SPX lockers, and 2 business days for office/school SPX lockers from the parcel deposit date.

  • Please refer to your Shopee App Order Detail Page//Whatsapp message/SMS/Email for the final day to collect your parcel.

  • If collection is not made within the collection window, the parcel will be returned to seller.
