Hi, how can we help?

Can I schedule the date and time of delivery of my order?

At the moment, we are unable to support scheduling specific delivery dates or times. We recommend being available to receive your parcel around the estimated delivery date, or arrange for someone else to collect it on your behalf. Read more about tracking your order’s shipping updates here.

If changes are necessary and your order hasn’t been packed yet, you may cancel your order and redeem again. Once packing has started, cancellations are not possible. In this case, you may raise a refund request while the parcel is in transit allowing you to make a redemption at a later date.

Cancelling your order

To cancel your order on the Shopee app:

  1. Go to the Me tab > Select To Ship.
  2. Select your order
  3. Tap Cancel Order
  4. Choose your cancellation reason > Tap Confirm

Please note that after cancellation, redemption eligibility may take 1 day to refresh, so if you can’t redeem immediately, please try again the next day.

Raising a refund request while the parcel is in transit

There are two possible outcomes of a refund request while the parcel is in transit:

  1. Approved outcome: Our delivery courier successfully intercepts the parcel delivery, and you may proceed with a new redemption. Please wait for the refund to be approved before attempting to redeem again
  2. Unsuccessful outcome: Our delivery courier was unable to intercept the parcel delivery and Shopee will cancel the redemption. Redemption eligibility refreshes the next working day. You may redeem again after that.

The outcome of the refund request will be sent to you via push or in-app notification.

Steps to raise an Refund request

  1. Please wait for your order status to reach "To Receive" before submitting the Refund request.
  2. Click the Me tab > select the To receive icon under My Purchases.
  3. Select the affected order > Select Request Refund
  4. Select Reason to Refund > Confirm > Submit
  5. Order status should update to "Request in Process" after submission.
