From  9th June 2025 (12pm) to 15th July 2025 (11.59am), eligible Shopee users can redeem a free Singapore National Flag either through the (1) Shopee app or (2) Shopee web browser.

Before proceeding with the flag redemption, do note that Redemption is available to the first 400,000 eligible users (while stocks last) and please ensure you meet the following redemption criteria:

1. Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents; and 
2. One redemption per household (based on your registered address in Singpass)

1. Go to the Me tab on the Shopee App > Select Log in to log into your account
2. After logging in, Select the Fly Our Flag icon > You will be redirected to the Redemption page
3. Select Redeem Now on the Redemption page

4. Select Verify with Singpass

   • You will be asked to log into your Singpass for us to confirm your eligibility criteria for this National initiative. Information collected from Singpass will only be used to confirm your eligibility for this initiative.
5. Log in to your Singpass via QR code > You will be redirected to the Singpass App
6. On the Singpass app, select Approve> Select the triangle icon on top left to return to the Shopee app
7. Select I agree > Select Confirm to complete the verification > You will be directed to the Checkout page
8. Select your preferred Shipping Option (Doorstep delivery or Shopee Collection Point) > Check that your Collection Point/ Doorstep Delivery address is correct > Select Place Order to complete your redemption!
   • Please note that there is a $1.99 delivery fee for Doorstep delivery. If you would like to enjoy free delivery, you can select the Shopee Collection point option, which would allow you to collect your flag at no extra charge.

 

 

Redemption via the Shopee Web browser

 

1. Log in to log into your account> On the Shopee Homepage, click the arrow until you see the Fly Our Flag banner > Click on the Fly Our Flag banner. You will be redirected to the Redemption page
2. Select Redeem Now on the Redemption page
3. Select Verify with Singpass
   • You will be asked to log into your Singpass for us to confirm your eligibility criteria for this National initiative. Information collected from Singpass will only be used to confirm your eligibility for this initiative.
4. Log in to your Singpass via QR code or Password Login> You will be redirected to the Singpass App
5. Select I agree > Select Confirm to complete the verification > You will be directed to the Checkout page
6. Check that your delivery address/ collection point is correct > Select your preferred delivery method: Doorstep delivery or Self collection) > Scroll down and select Place Order to complete your redemption
