2. How do I top up my ShopeePay with Child LifeSG Credits?
Step 1: Enter ShopeePay Wallet on the Shopee App
Step 2: Tap on “Top Up”
Step 3: Input $250 and tap on “Payment Method”
Step 4: At Top Up page, select “PayNow” and tap “Confirm”
Step 5: Save the QR code image
Step 6: Access your LifeSG app and select “Child LifeSG Credits”. Upload the saved QR code image and follow instructions on the app to complete your transaction.
Step 7: Once the top up is completed, the confirmation page will appear on the Shopee app.
3. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with a normal bank account to be eligible for the campaign?
No. Users must top up $250 directly with Child LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.
4. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with other credits through the LifeSG app, besides Child LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the campaign?
No. Users must top up $250 directly with Child LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.
5. How do I know if my top-up has been verified?
You will receive a Push Notification from Shopee once your top-up is successfully verified.
6. How long does it take Shopee to validate my top up?
Validation may take up to 7 business days.
Rewards will be available for claiming every Friday 23:59, if your top-up was successfully verified by the preceding Wednesday 23:59.
E.g., if you’re verified by 9 July (Wednesday), your rewards will be ready by 11 July (Friday).
7. What rewards can I get from this campaign?
Eligible users will get access to:
A Shopee voucher pack (worth up to SGD 250 in total savings). Vouchers will expire on 31 September 23:59.
A ShopeePay in-store voucher pack. Vouchers will expire on 31 September 23:59.
An upgrade to Mum’s Club Premium Membership (valid until 31 Dec 2025)
8. When can I claim my rewards?

9. Can I claim the rewards more than once?
No. Each eligible user may only claim the Voucher Pack once.

11. When do these vouchers expire?
All unused vouchers will expire on 30 September 2025, 23:59 SGT.
No extensions or reimbursements will be provided.
12. Where can I use these vouchers?
At participating ShopeePay merchants (online or offline). Visit the “Where to Use” section on the campaign page for the full list.
13. Can I use more than one ShopeePay voucher in a single transaction?
No. Only one ShopeePay in-store voucher can be applied per transaction.
14. When will I get my Mum’s Club Premium upgrade?
Your membership upgrade will be processed within 7 working days from when your top-up is verified.
15. How long does the Mum’s Club Premium Free Upgrade last?
The Free Upgrade lasts until 31 December 2025.
After 31 Dec 2025, users will retain on Mum’s Club Premium membership only if they meet Mum’s Club Premium criteria
16. What is the Mum’s Club Premium Criteria?
Users who spend a minimum of $200 nett on Toys, Kids & Babies items in a month will be upgraded.
