[Shopee for Families 2026] Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Eligibility & Participation

1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?

 You are eligible if you:

  • Have a registered Shopee account

  • Top up at least SGD 100 worth of Child LifeSG or Large Family LifeSG Credits

  • Complete the top-up of $100 Child LifeSG or Large Family Credits in one single transaction to ShopeePay

  • Complete  the top-up before 31 May 2026, 23:59 (SGT)

2. How do I top up my ShopeePay with Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits?

  1. On the Shopee App homepage, tap the ‘ShopeePay Balance’ (ShopeePay wallet icon).

  2. Tap on “Top Up”

  3. Input $100 and tap on “Payment Method”

  4. At Top Up page, select “PayNow” and tap “Confirm”

  5. Save the QR code image 

  6. Access your LifeSG app and select “Child LifeSG Credits”. Upload the saved QR code image and follow instructions on the app to complete your transaction. 

  7. Once the top up is completed, the confirmation page will appear on the Shopee app.

3. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with a normal bank account to be eligible for the campaign?

  •  No. Users must top up $100 directly with Child LifeSG or Large Family LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.

4. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with other credits through the LifeSG app, besides Child LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the campaign?

  •  No. Users must top up $100 directly with Child LifeSG or Large Family LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.

5. How do I know if my top-up has been verified?

  • You will receive a Push Notification from Shopee once your top-up is successfully verified.

6. How long does it take Shopee to validate my top up? 

  • Validation may take up to 3 business days.

  • E.g. If your top-up is successfully verified by 6 May (Wednesday), your rewards will be ready to claim by 11 May (Monday).

Rewards & Redemption

7. What rewards can I get from this campaign?

Eligible users may claim one-off ShopeePay vouchers worth up to S$100:

  • Online Vouchers

    • $5 off $60

    • $25 off $350

    • Valid for Shopee checkout only.

  • In-Store (Offline) Vouchers

    • 20% off vouchers, capped at $5 (min. spend $0)

    • $25 off $250

    • $40 off $450

    • Scan-and-pay using ShopeePay at over 50,000 offline merchants, including Sheng Siong, Mustafa, OG, and hawker stalls.

8. When can I claim my rewards?

9. Can I claim the rewards more than once?

No. Each eligible user may only claim the vouchers once, subject to availability. Available in limited quantities, while stocks last.

Weekly Shopee Vouchers (Base Reward)

 

10. When do these vouchers expire?

  • All unused vouchers will expire on 31 December 2026, 23:59 SGT. 

  • No extensions or reimbursements will be provided.

11. Can I use more than one ShopeePay voucher in a single transaction?

  • No. Only one ShopeePay voucher can be applied per transaction. Vouchers cannot be stacked with the ShopeePay All Day Cashback campaign.
