Terms & Conditions Governing SPL Activation Lucky Draw 2026
 
  1. Promotion Period: SPL Activation Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw” or “Event”) runs from 1 April 2026, 00:00 (SGT) to 30 April 2026, 23:59 (SGT), or such other period(s) as may be determined by Monee (Credit) Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Monee”), the operator of SPayLater (“SPL”), at its absolute discretion.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Lucky Draw (each, an “Eligible Participant”), you must:
      1. Not have (i) activated SPL prior to 1 April 2026, (ii) deactivated your SPL at any time during the six (6) months immediately preceding to 1 April 2026 or (iii) had your SPL suspended / frozen or terminated by Monee at any time prior to the Promotion Period;
      2. Submit your application to activate SPL during the Promotion Period;
      3. Receive approval from Monee for activation of your SPL pursuant to your application above during the Promotion Period. Note that SPL activation is strictly subject to Monee’s internal approval process. Monee does not provide any guarantee that any SPL activation application you submit will be approved, or that any application submitted during the Promotional Period will be processed or approved before the end of the Promotional Period; 
      4. Submit the official Lucky Draw form (“Form”) by 30 April 2026, 23:59 (SGT), containing complete, accurate and truthful information. You must include in the Form the Shopee account username which is linked to the SPL that was activated during the Promotional Period. Monee shall bear no responsibility for incorrect Shopee account usernames provided. No changes in any information can be made after submission of the Form; and
      5. Not deactivate your SPL or have your SPL suspended / frozen or terminated at any time during the Promotion Period.

    Monee has the absolute discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Lucky Draw without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason. For the avoidance of doubt, applications submitted but not approved by Monee during the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw or the Participant Voucher.

  3. Promotion Mechanics: Each Eligible Participant will only be granted one (1) Lucky Draw chance. Multiple applications or Forms submitted by the same individual will not result in additional Lucky Draw chances.

  4. Prizes: Eligible Participants stand a chance to win the following prizes in the Lucky Draw (“Prizes”), with the corresponding number of winners for each Prize set out below:

    All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other prizes. Monee reserves the right to replace any Prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Monee's control makes it necessary to do so.

    In addition to the above Prizes, each Eligible Participant that submits a valid Form to participate in the Lucky Draw will also receive a Shopee Voucher for $1 off when paying with SPL (no min. spend) (“Participant Voucher”), which will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Shopee account which is linked to the SPL that was activated during the Promotional Period by 17 April 2026.

  5. Draw: Winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes will be selected via a random draw via a computerized system conducted by the Management of Monee on or after 1 May 2026, unless otherwise revised by Monee. Monee shall be under no obligation to notify any person of any change in draw date, time, or method. Monee reserves the right to verify the SPL activation status and the accuracy of participant information submitted via the Form.

  6. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the Form by 15 May 2026 or such other date as Monee determines, and will also be announced on ShopeePay’s Instagram and Facebook pages and on the SPL microsite on the Shopee website/app. Prizes will be credited to the winner’s Shopee account within fourteen (14) working days after notification. Winners may also receive a push notification on the Shopee app once the Prize has been credited. In the event the winner’s Shopee account is deleted, suspended, or restricted at the time of crediting, the Prize will be forfeited.
 
General
  1. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms, amendments or directives (“Terms”) which may be made or issued by Monee in its discretion either before or during the Event. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you at any stage from the Lucky Draw, and any Prizes and/or Participant Vouchers may be withheld, forfeited and/or reclaimed.

  2. The eligibility of any user to participate in this Lucky Draw and/or receive any prize and/or Participant Voucher shall be determined at the absolute discretion of Monee. Monee reserves the right to reject any Form(s) that fail to meet the stipulated requirements. Monee also reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize or Participant Voucher to anyone if Monee, in its absolute discretion, believes that such person may have contravened or may contravene any of the Terms and/or may bring Monee into disrepute.

  3. The decision of Monee regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the selection of winners) or Participant Voucher is final and binding and no correspondence or dispute will be entered into about it.

  4. Monee may forfeit the Prize, or if already awarded, reclaim the Prize at the expense of the winner without compensation if, in Monee’s sole and absolute determination, the winner is not eligible or is disqualified.

  5. Monee reserves the right to vary these Terms without notice, withdraw, or discontinue the Lucky Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms shall prevail. However, where the Prize and/or Participant Voucher also has terms and conditions stipulated therein, such terms and conditions shall be in addition to these Terms and compliance with both such conditions (these Terms and the additional terms and conditions under the Prize and/or Participant Voucher) shall be mandatory.

  6. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    a.   Monee makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Prize and Participant Voucher provided in this Lucky Draw; in particular, Monee makes no warranty with respect to the quality, suitability or condition of the Prizes and the Participant Vouchers.

    b.   You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Monee and its affiliates against all loss (including indirect, incidental, economic and consequential loss), damage, demands, cost, expense, claim, penalty, interest and fees (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) or liability of any kind arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with your participation in the Lucky Draw, acceptance or use of any Prize and/or Participant Vouchers, and/or any breach or purported breach of these Terms and/or any applicable laws.

    c.   In no event shall Monee, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, be liable to any participant and/or to any party for any damages, expenses, claims, costs or losses of any kind, including without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data.

     

  7. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Lucky Draw irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

  8. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the user hereby agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Monee and its related corporations for the purposes of managing and administering this Lucky Draw, and such other related purposes, in accordance with the SPayLater Privacy Policy.

  9. By accepting any Prize, the winner agrees that Monee may process the personal data of the winner for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation. For avoidance of doubt, this Clause shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms.
