If the airline reschedules your confirmed flight for a duration less than two (2) hours before or after your original scheduled departure time, you will not be allowed to request for a refund or reschedule in flight timing.
If the airline reschedules your confirmed flight for a duration more than two (2) hours before or after your original scheduled departure time, you will be allowed to request for a reschedule in flight timing subject to the following:
If the flight pricing for the rescheduled flight timing is lower, the difference in flight tickets’ pricing will not be refunded.
If the flight pricing for the rescheduled flight timing is higher, the difference in flight tickets’ shall be paid by you before rescheduling will be made.
Changes in destination(s) are not allowed.
You are allowed to request for a refund; however such request for refund shall be subject to the airline’s policies and in the event your request for a refund is accepted by the airline, such refunds shall only be in the form of Airpaz Refund Vouchers.
⚠️ Note
The Refund Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and for one single use only. Any remaining balance in the Refund Voucher after usage shall not be refunded to you in any way.
The Refund Voucher will only be applicable for purchases on Airpaz website or app only
