Resend the email from the Shopee app.
Go to your bus Order Details under My Orders > Resend E-Ticket, then check your email again.


How can I use my Bus Order Summary to redeem a physical bus ticket?
1) Once you have successfully placed an order for your bus ticket through Shopee, you will receive a Bus Order Summary via email.
2) You are advised to print out the Bus Order Summary and bring it in with you on the departure date to speed up the check-in process.
As Shopee bus service is powered by EasyBook, your Bus Order Summary contains key information:
Order Number - EasyBook Order Number
Card ID - EasyBook Booking ID
Ticket ID - Bus Operator Ticket ID

3) Please follow the instructions in your Bus Order Summary. You may be required to provide the Order Number or Ticket ID to check in with certain bus operators.
For some bus operators that issue a physical ticket, you will receive a second email with an e-ticket (if applicable), no later than the next working day. This will include the actual Ticket Number needed to check in with certain bus operators.
4) Present your Bus Order Summary at the counter to receive your physical bus ticket.
Can I buy tickets on behalf of my friend?
Yes, you can purchase bus tickets on behalf of your friend. Simply enter your friend’s details in the Passenger Details section during booking.
After booking, you can share the order summary with your friend. They are encouraged to either print it or have a digital copy ready, along with their ID, to facilitate check-in. Please follow the instructions stated in the order summary, including:
Quoting the boarding code for certain coach operators, or
Waiting for a follow-up email (within the next working day) to receive the ticket number for check-in
If the booking is made using your own details instead, you will need to be present on the departure date to collect the ticket on your friend’s behalf.
