General
- The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the ads credits disbursements provided by Shopee to a seller who has enrolled in the Promo Xtra Programme (“PXP”).
- By being determined eligible for or receiving the ads credits disbursements, a seller accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms, in addition to any additional applicable terms and conditions that are provided to and bind a Seller e.g. “How to Use Ads”, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Eligibility for the Ads Credits Disbursements
- A seller may receive up to SGD 60 in ads credits, comprising two separate disbursements of SGD 30 in ads credit each, provided that a seller satisfies the eligibility requirements for each applicable disbursement set out below:
(a) First disbursement of SGD 30 in ads credits (“First Disbursement”): available to a seller with an active PXP subscription as of 1 September 2026, where a seller is enrolled in PXP and has a valid, active PXP subscription that has not been terminated, suspended or otherwise discontinued as of that date.
(b) Second disbursement of SGD 30 in ads credits (“Second Disbursement”): available to a seller who, throughout 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Period”):
(i) is enrolled in PXP and has a valid, active PXP subscription that has not been terminated, suspended or otherwise discontinued as of that date;
(ii) is not placed in, or remains in, any abnormal or restricted seller status;
(iii) does not activate or remain in Vacation Mode;
(vi) maintains at least one (1) active listing with available stock; and
(v) continues to meet all applicable requirements for participation in PXP.
- For the avoidance of doubt, a seller will not be eligible for the Second Disbursement if:
(a) a seller offboards from PXP at any time during the Period.
(b) a seller does not satisfy any of the conditions in Clause 3(b) at any time during the Period.
- Shopee shall have sole and absolute discretion in verifying and/or determining whether a seller is eligible to receive any ads credits. may determine a seller’s eligibility based on the seller’s account, subscription, listing, inventory, and status records maintained by the platform.
Disbursement Timelines
- Eligible sellers will receive the applicable ads credits in accordance with the disbursement timelines and method communicated by Shopee.
Expiry Date of Ads Credits
- Ads credits credited to the seller’s ads balance will expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit. Upon expiry, any unused ads credits will be forfeited and will not be refunded, reinstated, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Miscellaneous
- A seller’s eligibility for the First Disbursement does not guarantee a seller’s eligibility for the Second Disbursement.
- Shopee reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust any ads credits where a seller is subsequently determined not to have satisfied the applicable eligibility requirements, has engaged in any suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal acts, has breached the Terms, or where the ads credit was issued in error by Shopee.
- A seller acknowledges and agrees that Shopee’s decision in respect of and relating to any issues concerning these Terms is final.
