[SPayLater] How do I request a refund of my SPayLater purchase?

1. Before you complete your Shopee order

You can simply raise a return/refund request in your Shopee App.

 

If it is a full refund, your corresponding SPayLater transaction and any applicable interest will not be billed.
 
If it is a partial refund, the remaining payable amount will be billed and any applicable interest will be recalculated based on the new checkout total.

 

 

2. After you have completed your Shopee order

You will have to raise a return/refund request through Shopee Customer Service.

 

For a full refund, the amount will first offset the instalment plan of the refunded order.
If your order is completed and you haven’t paid any instalments, the full refund will cover all instalments and interest due. If some instalments have been paid, the remaining unpaid instalments will be offset, and any excess refund amount will apply to your current SPayLater outstanding bill.
 
For a partial refund, the amount will first offset the principal of the final instalment, with any remaining refund amount applied to earlier instalments in reverse order. Note that interest amounts are not reduced and any interest already paid will not be refunded.
 
Excess refunds or amounts with no outstanding bills will be credited to your ShopeePay wallet within 7 working days. 

If you don’t have a ShopeePay wallet, please activate your account promptly to receive excess refunds.
