1. Before you complete your Shopee order
You can simply raise a return/refund request in your Shopee App.
If it is a full refund, your corresponding SPayLater transaction and any applicable interest will not be billed.
If it is a partial refund, the remaining payable amount will be billed and any applicable interest will be recalculated based on the new checkout total.
2. After you have completed your Shopee order
You will have to raise a return/refund request through Shopee Customer Service.
If the refund is successful, the refund amount will be first used to offset your current SPayLater outstanding bill. We will then credit any excess refund amount into your ShopeePay wallet within 7 working days.
If you do not have a ShopeePay wallet, we strongly recommend that you activate your ShopeePay account.
⚠️Note
Late payment charges and/or interest amounts due are not offset by refunds received after an order is complete and must still be paid.
