[SPayLater] How do I check my Available Balance?

You can check your SPayLater balance from your Shopee App > Me tab > SPayLater.

 

The Available Balance is your Total Balance minus any outstanding SPayLater transactions, such as SPayLater orders you’ve recently placed, but have not yet received and/or orders you’ve received and are currently repaying. 

 

In other words, it indicates the current spending limit you are able to use for your next SPayLater transaction. 

 

The Total Balance indicated below your Available Balance is the maximum credit limit allocated to your SPayLater account.  

 

Not enough Available Balance?

  • SPayLater will still be available! Select your SPayLater tenure option and follow the prompts to pay the exceeding amount with another payment method (credit/debit card, ShopeePay, or PayNow). By default, you will be using your remaining SPayLater Available Balance first.

  • To qualify for a higher Total Balance, go to your SPayLater homepage > click the settings icon on the top right > and select My Profile.

    • Follow the instructions to update your SPayLater account information with Singpass Myinfo 

    • Verified users are periodically reviewed from our system for Total Balance increases

    • Account information may only be updated once every 30 days

⚠️Note

  • Each user’s Total Balance is determined by us and will be reviewed periodically. Requests to increase your Total Balance cannot be processed, but account spending and repayment behaviour are periodically reviewed for verified users.
