Brand Memberships are tiered rewards programmes offered exclusively by Shopee Mall Sellers. Membership rewards, tiers, and criteria are set differently by each Shopee Mall seller.

Rewards include shop-specific benefits such as exclusive free gifts and vouchers, up to the discretion of the Mall shop. 

You can accumulate points based on your spending at the Mall shop and exchange them for rewards. Some shops also offer bonus points for new signups. All points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned on.

1. Points earned per dollar spent vary across different Mall shops.
2. Brand Memberships are independent of other rewards programmes offered by Shopee such as Shopee Rewards, Mum's Club, and others.

Joining a Brand Membership programme

You can join any Brand Membership programme as a Basic tier member by going to the Me tab > Shopee Rewards > Brand Memberships > browse and select a brand > fill in Your Information > agree to terms and conditions > Join.

Qualifying for and retaining Brand Membership tiers

Basic tier

All buyers are eligible to join the Basic tier in any Brand Membership programme. There is no expiry to the validity period of this tier, and you'll retain this tier if you do not meet the criteria for the next tier.

Subsequent tiers

Qualifying for the subsequent tiers within the Mall's Brand Membership programme is dependent on whether your spending amount has fulfilled the criteria set out by the Mall shop.

Upon qualifying for a non-Basic tier, the tier status will be valid for 12 months from the date of qualification.

When the 12-month validity period is up, there are 2 scenarios:

1. Sufficient amount spent in the last 12 months - You'll retain the tier for another 12 months.
2. Insufficient amount spent in the last 12 months - You'll be downgraded to the next membership tier that you qualify for.
