Your ShopeePay account may be disabled due to the following reasons:

• Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN number 3 times within half an hour will disable your ShopeePay account temporarily for 30 minutes. 

• Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN number 5 times within 24 hours will cause your ShopeePay account to be locked.
  
  
  

To reactivate your ShopeePay account, you may follow these steps : 

1. Verified Users

Click Forgot ShopeePay PIN > Fill in Identification Details > Create New ShopeePay PIN > Confirm ShopeePay PIN

2. Non-verified Users 

Click Forgot ShopeePay PIN > OTP Verification > Create New ShopeePay PIN > Confirm ShopeePay PIN
