If your Shopee e-voucher is invalid or fully redeemed, here are what you can do:
E-vouchers for e-merchants (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda, ComfortDelGro, etc.)
If you encounter an error message, such as “Invalid” or “Fully redeemed” when the e-voucher code is applied in the merchant's app or website:
You can go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
E-vouchers for offline merchants (e.g. BreadTalk, Toast Box, LiHO Tea, etc.)
You can go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
