By verifying your ShopeePay account via Singpass, you can unlock additional features such as a higher wallet limit of up to SGD 5,000. You can refer to the wallet transaction limit comparison in the table below.

You can verify your ShopeePay account via Singpass, allowing us to retrieve your data through Myinfo for a hassle-free experience.
To verify your ShopeePay account, follow these steps:
Select ShopeePay on the homepage.
Select Verify Now.
Select MyInfo.
Login to your SingPass account.
Select Approve on the Singpass page.
Select Agree & Confirm to verify information retrieved from SingPass.
Select OK and you are done!
⚠️Note
Each person’s identity details can only be used for one Shopeepay account. If your identity details have been used in an existing account, please delete this existing account if you no longer wish to use it. Alternatively, please kindly use your existing account instead.
Approval is subject to ShopeePay’s discretion.
You will need to restart the application. Please allocate at least 5 minutes to complete the ShopeePay account verification process.
Once your application has been successfully verified, you will be able to see ‘ShopeePay PLUS’ under your ShopeePay homepage. However, in certain scenarios, more time is required to process the application.
If your verification was unsuccessful or rejected, please follow the instructions on the app push notification to resubmit your application. Approvals are subjected to ShopeePay’s discretion.
