1. Contacting Customer Service via the Shopee App
Follow these steps to chat with a Shopee Customer Service agent:
Open the Shopee App.
Tap the Me icon at the bottom right of your screen.
Scroll down and select Chat with Shopee.
Type “Live Agent” in the chat bar.
Tap Chat with Agent.
Select your role — Buyer or Seller
Choose your topic or issue to be connected to an agent.
If you prefer to speak with our agents directly, you can contact us through an Internet Call in the Shopee App.
Open the Shopee App.
Tap the Me icon.
Scroll down and select Help Centre.
Tap Internet Call.
Choose your role — Buyer or Seller.
Select your inquiry type.
Tap Speak with an Agent

You can check your Ongoing and Closed cases from your Shopee App > Me tab > Scroll down to Help Center > Scroll down to My Enquiries > Find the case from either All, Ongoing or Closed tab.
