• For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee Supported Logistics), Shopee Guarantee will not expire before it is delivered.
• For orders made using non-integrated channels, Shopee Guarantee expiry will be based on the exact date in the order details page.

Days to Ship – Depends on the purchased product and the number of days it takes to prepare for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time – The average delivery time taken for our logistics partners to deliver the parcel to you. The duration ranges from 1-11 days, depending on the shipping channel, time of purchase, and the seller’s location.
