You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- I did not receive the product(s).
- I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
- I received damaged/faulty product(s).
If you wish to have a refund or return your product due to a change of mind, this is not allowed unless a mutual agreement has been made between the seller and yourself.
Please note that the seller may dispute your return if he/she has valid reasons. Please refer to Dispute Resolution for more details.
