If you have received damaged packages, kindly raise a return under: Received damaged/faulty product(s)
- Go to Me > Buying > To Receive > Click on the Order > Request for Return/Refund
Please include clear a explanation under “Remarks” section to expedite the process.

- Screenshot(s) of chat conversation with seller

The seller will be notified of your request and has to respond within 5 days (including weekends & public holidays) from the date of Return.
There are 3 possible outcomes of this:
- Seller accepts: Refund will be automatically credited back to you
- Selle does not respond within the given time frame: Refund will be automatically credited back to you
- Seller disputes the return: Shopee will investigate to reach a fair resolution. Please refer to Dispute Resolution for more details.
