We strongly encourage you to reach out and communicate with the buyer directly for more details on the return request.
If you agree with the buyer’s return request, simply respond by tapping Accept Return on the Return Details page and select an appropriate return address so that your buyer can arrange for return shipment.
Selecting Accept Return at this point will not release the refund to the buyer.
You will have the option to refund the buyer after receiving the return shipment and checking that the item(s) returned is in the expected condition.
Please note that the return request will be automatically approved if you do not respond within 5 days from the date the return was requested.
If you have valid reasons to reject a Returns/Refunds request, simply tap on Dispute Return before the deadline.
