Once the return request has been confirmed by the seller or Shopee Dispute Team:
- Proceed to liaise with the seller to obtain his/her address.
- Proceed to liaise with Shopee Dispute team on the return address.
Do ensure that you return the item within 6 days as the seller could raise a non-receipt claim if they do not receive the returned item within 8 days.
Supporting documents as proof of return
- Formal shipping proof, i.e. delivery receipt and tracking number if any.
- Photo of the parcel package/ information, including information of seller's and buyer's name, contact number, shipping address and stamps.
- Chat history or any other evidence showing seller confirms receipt of returned item.
