You may change your mobile number by going to:
Me page > My Account > My Profile > Phone
Step 1: Enter your password for verification.
Step 2：Follow onscreen instructions to change your phone number. For security purposes, users may be required to provide additional account information for verification (if you don’t see this page, please proceed to step 3 directly).
You may need to enter either of the following information:
- The expiry date of your Credit Card.
- Your valid Bank Account number.
Step 3: After you have successfully verified your account, you can now key in your new mobile number. A verification code will be sent to this new phone number.
Step 4: Enter the verification code and tap on “Continue” to complete the process, and your mobile number can be changed successfully.
