- Who are Shopee's competitors?
Competitor platforms refer to and include: Qoo10.sg and Lazada.com.sg (referred to as “Other Platforms”).
- Can I compare items within Shopee?
Lowest Price Guarantee only compares against competitors and not within Shopee. As we are unable to control prices of all sellers, Shopee can only guarantee items cheaper than our competitors.
- Can I compare an item sold locally against a product from overseas even if they are the same item?
Users tend to compare local items vs overseas items. These items although the same, have different warranties and price control.
- What are the conditions for a claim?
Claim will only be awarded with vouchers after a purchase has been successfully paid for on Shopee SG.
A valid Order number is required from the Buyer in order to verify that the purchase was made.
Claim without a valid order number will be entitled to Shopee Coins.
Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or within 24 hours of spotting the price difference, with a visible timestamp in screenshot or picture.
Products from Other Platforms must meet the following criteria:
- Product is a new item, and cannot be Used, Second-hand, Refurbished or Fake.
- Products must match the same Model Number, Variation, Specifications, Colour/Shade, Export/Local Set, Country of origin, Country shipped from, Warranty terms and Product Bundles. All items must be an exact match.
- Product is in stock at Shopee SG and Other Platforms during time of claim.
- Product prices must include lowest shipping fee, if available. Shipping fee does not include self collection or any non-delivery methods.
- Product prices shall not include price reductions made by vouchers, cashbacks, wholesale pricing, group buy pricing, auction pricing, price errors and/or credit card promotions.
- What am I entitled to if a claim is successful?
Eligible and verified Claims shall be entitled to 2x (or 200%) the amount of difference between a Shopee Lowest Guarantee item price, and the price from Other Platforms.

Shopee will verify and notify users of their Claim status through the Shopee Official LPG account or via push notification within 5 working days.
- How much can I claim a day?
A maximum of 3 claims per user per day and maximum claim amount of $30
Each Order is entitled to only 1 successful Claim.
- What is the validity of the claim voucher I received?
Vouchers are valid for 3 months from issue and are not applicable to Tickets & Miscellaneous categories.
Shopee vouchers will not be issued or will be revoked should the item be returned/refunded after purchase.
If there is any evidence of fraudulent activities found, Shopee SG reserves the right to reject the claim.
Shopee SG reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Decisions that have been taken by Shopee SG are absolute and inviolable.
