Seller Penalty Points is available on your My Performance dashboard in the Shopee App. You may access your My Performance dashboard via: Me > Selling > My Performance.
Here, you will be able to find your current cumulative penalty points.
Tap on ‘Seller Penalty Points’ for a breakdown of your penalty points and ongoing penalties. You are encouraged to tap on the ‘Rules’ link (located at the top-right corner of your screen) to learn more about how the system works.
To access Seller Penalty Points via Shopee Seller Center. Go to: Shop Settings > Seller Penalty Points.
On your Seller Penalty Points page, you will be able to view your current cumulative penalty points as well as any ongoing penalties and reasons for receiving them.
