Chat is an important way for buyers to clarify questions and shop conveniently on Shopee. Timely responses to chat has been shown to boost customer satisfaction, which in turn drives sales for sellers.
Starting from July 2018, sellers are allowed to save a maximum of 20 shortcuts in App, up from 5 previously. This allow sellers to respond more quickly to frequently asked questions from buyers.
To add a message shortcut go to: My Account > Settings > Chat Settings > Message Shortcuts
