[ShopeePay Merchant] How do I contact Shopee Customer Service?
There are three ways to get in touch with Shopee Customer Service.
- WhatsApp - ShopeePay Merchant Support WhatsApp
- Live agent chat feature on the Shopee App (go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee)
- Email - Drop us an email at shopeepay.sg@shopee.com
Our Customer Service agents are available Monday to Sunday from 08:00AM until 10:00PM including Public Holidays.
⚠️Note
Do include your ShopeePay merchant name / outlet name for our reference to serve you in a more efficient manner.
