[ShopeePay Merchant] Why did I not receive my ShopeePay tax invoice?

Tax invoices are usually sent to merchants after the 20th of each month. 

As a ShopeePay Merchant, you may receive a tax invoice that documents the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) (MDR) charged, including GST. 

 

This invoice serves an accounting purpose for merchants, and if your company is GST-registered, you can claim GST from IRAS.

 

If you have not received your ShopeePay tax invoice, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

Please provide us with the following information:

  1. Proof of ownership (ACRA)
  2. Month of which invoice is requested for
