You will receive payments from your customer via your ShopeePartner account, which you can view through your ShopeePartner app.

There is no minimum or maximum balance, holding or transaction limit for your account. However, your customers may have limits that could affect a transaction: 

1. Basic Wallet users can hold up to $1,000 in their wallet at any given time.
2. Verified ShopeePay users can hold up to $5,000 in their wallet.

⚠️Note

1. You will get the full payment amount when a customer uses a Shopee-funded promotion.
2. For promotions funded by your business, you will see a discount applied to your customer’s transaction in your daily settlement report.
