[ShopeePay Merchant] When will I receive my settlement report?

Settlement reports are automatically prepared between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM the day after transactions or refunds are made. The report will include all transactions and refunds made between 00:00 AM and 23:59 PM of the previous day.


This report will not be sent if there are no transactions or refunds processed on that day.


Settlement reports will be sent daily to your finance email, which you have provided during onboarding. Please check your junk inbox should you not receive the report.


If you have not been receiving the reports or would like them to be sent to another email address, you may submit a webform or Email (shopeepay.sg@shopee.com).


Exporting report in the Shopee Partner Web Portal?


You can export your reports via the Shopee Partner Web Portal under Transactions > Select Time Period > Apply > Export All Payout Result > Download


The report will include a detailed transaction breakdown of each transaction report in excel.format\
