[ShopeePay Merchant] Why did I not receive any settlement report for my ShopeePay offline transactions? And [ShopeePay Merchant] What should I do if I experience settlement issues?

Here are some settlement issues that you may experience:

 

If you experience settlement issues, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your payout is still being processed by your bank
  • The bank account details provided during onboarding is incorrect
  • Your bank account is closed

 

When will ShopeePay payments be transferred to my bank account?

 

Daily settlement will be made to your bank account within the next working day. They are automatically triggered by the ShopeePay and will cover transactions between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59. 

 

Payment will be directly transferred to your registered bank account, which you have provided during onboarding.

 

For example:

1. Transactions from Monday to Thursday will be settled on the next working day. 

E.g. Transactions on 4th Apr 2021 will be settled on 5th Apr 2021.

 

2. Transactions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be settled on Monday. 

E.g. Transactions on 3rd & 4th Apr 2021 will be settled on 5th Apr 2021.

 

3. Transactions on Public Holiday will be settled on the next working day. 

E.g. Transactions on 2nd Apr 2021 (Good Friday) will be settled on 5th Apr 2021.

Please include the following information:

  1. Proof of ownership (ACRA)
  2. Proof of settlement report and payment proof of the difference in amount received
