[ShopeePay Merchant] Why did I not receive any settlement report for my ShopeePay offline transactions?

If you did not receive any settlement report for your outlet, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • The report is accidentally sent to your junk mail box
  • There are no transactions from the previous day

 

If you need further assistance, you can reach out to us with the following details:

  • Merchant name
  • Outlet name
  • Proof of ownership (ACRA)
