[ShopeePay Merchant] Why is there wallet adjustment in my transactions or settlement report?

Wallet adjustments may occur due to several reasons such as: 

  • Overpayment
  • Duplicated payment 
  • Rejected payment 

Shopee will contact you via email to seek your approval and validate the buyer's claims before making any adjustments. 

 

If you disagree with the deduction, you may email us at shopeepay.sg@shopee.com, within 7 days of the wallet adjustment.

 

Please provide us with the following information:

  1. Proof of ownership (ACRA)
  2. Proof of settlement report and payment proof of the difference in amount received

Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate contact details (point of contact and email), so that we can notify you about any such requests.
