[ShopeePay / SPayLater Merchant] How can I view and verify my transactions?

You can check your transactions on the main page of your ShopeePay tab in the Shopee Partner app.

 

To check your transactions, login to Shopee Partner app > Select the store with a transaction you wish to view > your list of transactions will appear under the ShopeePay tab at the bottom

To check on your transaction details and to identify if it was a ShopeePay or SPayLater transaction, 

Select Payment Received > under Payment Details page > Payment Method ShopeePay / SPayLater

How do I know if a ShopeePay transaction is successful?

When a ShopeePay transaction is successfully processed, you'll receive a notification from the Shopee Partner App, and the transaction will appear at the top of your Transactions list.

Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues that might happen, and the actions you can take:
1. Customer's ShopeePay Wallet Transaction History page shows that the transaction was successful, but you do not see it on your Shopee Partner Transaction History. 

  • Check if your device has a stable internet connection
  • Clear the app and refresh the Transaction History page 

In the event that troubleshooting fails, take a picture of the customer's transaction Payment Details page and email us at shopeepay.sg@shopee.com
 
2. Buyer enters the wrong amount when making a payment. 
 
  • If the paid amount is less than required, kindly request for them to make another payment to top up to the correct amount.
 
  • If the paid amount is more than required, you can make a cash refund, or refund the buyer via the Shopee Partner App. (Refer to this link here on how to do so)

 

From settlement report, you are able to identify the difference between ShopeePay and SPayLater transactions via Payment Method column.
