[ShopeePay / SPayLater Merchant] How do I initiate a refund via the Partner App / Web Portal?

To issue a refund, login to your ShopeePartner app > Select the outlet you wish to perform a refund on > Select ShopeePay tab at the bottom > Select the transaction to refund > Tap Refund Payment > Enter Store Wallet PIN > Once the refund is successful, you will see a Success note.

 

If the store has not previously set up the store PIN, the system will prompt you to set up the PIN. You will need to reach out to your Admin account holder to set up Store PIN.

⚠️Note

  • Make sure to check the transaction and reference ID in order to avoid refunding the wrong transaction. 
  • Do note that refunds for SPayLater will have to be made by merchants within 30 days after payment.
  • If you are unable to perform a refund via the ShopeePartner app, you may email us at shopeepay.sg@shopee.com with the following details:
  • Store name
  • Date and time
  • Refund amount
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment proofs (screenshot of ShopeePay payment page, receipt and other relevant documents)
