To issue a refund, login to your ShopeePartner app > Select the outlet you wish to perform a refund on > Select ShopeePay tab at the bottom > Select the transaction to refund > Tap Refund Payment > Enter Store Wallet PIN > Once the refund is successful, you will see a Success note.
If the store has not previously set up the store PIN, the system will prompt you to set up the PIN. You will need to reach out to your Admin account holder to set up Store PIN.
