In order to access your Affiliate account, you’ll need to log in to your Shopee Account that you’ve used to register for the Affiliate Program.
To check if you are logged in on the right Shopee Account, on your Shopee app, click on the ‘Me’ tab > Scroll down to find “My Affiliate Portal”. All affiliates have access to this portal.
On the Shopee app, click on the ‘Me’ tab > Scroll down and select ‘My Affiliate Portal’ > At the bottom panel, tap on the ‘Account’ > Select ‘Account Setting’. Here, you can find all your details tied to your affiliate account.
Please do not create a new account if you are already a registered affiliate.
If you remember which Shopee Account is tied to your Affiliate Account, please log in to that Shopee Account and you will be able to access your affiliate portal.
If you need to confirm which Shopee Account is linked to your Affiliate Account, please write to us at affiliate_sg@shopee.com with either your Affiliate Username/ID or email, and we will get back to you within 5 working days.

Due to privacy and security reasons, we are unable to amend your account details that have been approved on the platform. Should you want to change the Shopee account that is linked to your affiliate account, kindly follow the steps below:
Should you go ahead with this, kindly note that we are unable to transfer any earned commission to the new account and we will deactivate your old affiliate account.
Login to Shopee Affiliate Platform > Click username on the top right corner > Account Settings > Social Media > Edit.
