If you have received the following warning pop-up banner in your affiliate portal, please follow the simple steps below to make an appeal.
Step 1: Understand The Situation
The pop-up warning banner should detail the following information:
You should also receive an email titled “Your account has been flagged for suspicious or illegal behavior” with more information, including violating post(s) that must be rectified if applicable.
Step 2: Make Amendments And Gather Supporting Evidence

5 | Traffic Hijacking | Removal of your affiliate link(s) from flagged post(s). |
6 | Link(s) Spamming | Removal of your affiliate link(s) from flagged channel(s). |
7 | Provision of unverifiable Social Media(s) for registration | Update and verify your social media(s) provided for registration. If the social media(s) provided for registration is co-owned with other affiliates, kindly provide video or picture evidence of ownership including the following information: Admin page showing co-owned social media handle |
7 | Registered Social Media does not justify volume | Provide video or picture evidence of other sources of traffic aside from your registered social media(s), including the following information: Channel (e.g. DM, Chat group, Forum, Community Group etc) or Ad source(s) Your posting(s) or Ad(s) with your social media handle Date of posting(s) |
Providing relevant evidence for your appeal will help us make more informed decisions and shorten the time needed for the appeal.
Step 3: Shopee Team To Review Your Appeal
After making the above amendment, reply back to the warning email with the relevant evidence to initiate your appeal process and we will review your appeal within 1-5 business days.
Please note that affiliates who failed to initiate an appeal or make a successful appeal within the scheduled ban date will result in his/her account being banned permanently.
