Sexual and pornographic elements

Explicit depictions of private body parts and pubic hair, either directly or through translucent material

Products exhibiting the contour of genitals through clothing, with the exclusion of men's underwear

Product images portraying physical contact with private body parts. However, images related to breastfeeding and breastfeeding tools are permissible

Misinformation and personal information

Spreading information that cannot be verified, or may cause physical injury and/or violence.

Spreading false information regarding health issues, for example: Covid vaccine is dangerous to humans.

Spreading false information relating government issues such as policies and elections

4.

Sharing personal information of others such as full name, address, phone number, place of work/study, etc

5.

Doxxing others by sharing personal information for malicious purposes

Intellectual Property Rights Violations 

1.

Content that is stolen from its original creator.

2.

Content violating any words, symbols, slogans, design that identifies and distinguishes the source of a product or service.

Spam and fake engagement

1.

Unidentified links or URLs (even if not intended to market content from other platforms that could harm users).

2.

Content posted in large quantities by users on the same day.

3.

Promising users something that cannot be confirmed as true. For example: I will transfer SGD 50 to everyone who likes this post.

Impersonation. 

Cheating and fraud

1.

Adding products that are unrelated to the video content into the orange bag to misuse vouchers.

Platform security

1.

Content that promotes or guides one to commit fraud on the Shopee platform.

Banned Comments

Description

Spam comments

Comments contain excessive spam.

Abusive language

Harassment, cyberbullying, and vulgar comments, such as swear words or offensive remarks.

Sensitive Information

Information that can harm national and social security, and is inconsistent with the laws and regulations of government authorities (e.g.: Ethnic discrimination, gambling, illegal gatherings, etc.).

Sharing Personal Information

Other people's personal information is distributed without the person's permission, including name, phone number, address, identification number, and other personal information.
