What is the Service Fee in the Shopee Affiliate Program?
Starting from late June 2025, Shopee will implement a service fee of 1% on each affiliate payment bill, with a maximum cap of $5 per payment bill.
Example Calculation:
- Affiliate A earns a commission of $300 before tax in 1 payment cycle.
- Affiliate B earns a commission of $800 before tax in 1 payment cycle.
The corresponding service fee deductions for respective payment bill are as follows:
- Service fee for Affiliate A: 1% x $300 = $3
- Service fee for Affiliate B: 1% x $800 = $5 (reaching the maximum service fee limit of $5)
This service fee will be automatically deducted by Shopee’s system before the commission is disbursed to the Affiliate.

*Note: The service fee applies to all Affiliates, MCNs, and legal entities, except for commissions generated through YouTube Shopping.
