Commissions Payout & Billing Timelines

To facilitate smooth commissions payout, kindly ensure your payment and tax details are correctly filled in in the payment portal here. 


Thereafter, the payment and tax review will take up to 30 working days.


Before submitting your details, please double-check the following to avoid delays:

  • Proof of bank ownership clearly shows your full name, bank account number and address.

  • SWIFT code of your bank is accurate.

  • GST qualification documents are uploaded (if applicable).

Bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the Shopee Affiliate payment portal

  • Our Payment team will contact you via the registered email address submitted on the Shopee Affiliate Program
  • Affiliate to respond to the email with your invoice & vendor form (where applicable)
  • Payment to be processed and paid out to your designated bank account
