[SPX Express] Why can't I see Self-Collection shipping option at checkout?

The Self-Collection shipping option may be unavailable due to the reasons below:

  2. The weight, sum of dimensions or order value of the parcel has exceeded SPX Express self-collection shipping limits shown in the table below:

3. You have 2 or more uncollected parcels from SPX Express Collection Points/Lockers within the last 120 days.

  1. If the SPX Express Collection Points/ Lockers shipping option is unavailable to you due to uncollected parcels, it will become accessible after a period of 1 month.
  2. However, if you have uncollected parcels again after being reactivated from the above, the SPX Express Collection Points/ Lockers shipping option will remain unavailable to you.
