[Digital Products - Flight] What should I do if I do not receive my Flight Booking Confirmation email?

In most cases, you will receive your booking confirmation (PDF file) by email within 3 hours of completing your booking.


If you still haven't received it after that time, you may try the following steps:


  1. Check your junk/spam mail for an email from booking.id@shopee.com or containing the keyword Flight Booking Confirmation.
  2. Resend the email from the Shopee app by going to your Flight Order Details > select Resend E-Ticket / Send to a different email > input your email and select Resend Now. You should receive the email shortly.



If you still haven't received the email after trying the steps mentioned above, please contact our live agent through the chat feature in the Shopee app. Simply go to the Me tab and select Chat with Shopee.
