[Brand Memberships] Why can’t I redeem rewards/gifts for my Brand Membership?

Here are some common issues that may prevent you from redeeming rewards/gifts for your Brand Membership:

  1. Rewards/gifts are out of stock
  2. Arranging shipping/collection for free gifts


And here are a few suggestions to help with the common issues you may face during Brand Membership rewards/gifts redemption.

1. Rewards/gifts are out of stock

If you have points for redemption, but there are no available items to redeem, you can:

  1. Reach out to the seller to find out when they will refresh their rewards/gifts stock. 
  2. Set a reminder to redeem the gifts once they are refreshed.

💡 Tip

If you're a Shopee Supermarket member, rewards/gifts are usually updated weekly on Wednesdays. Redeem them as soon as possible as there is limited stock.


2. Arranging shipping/collection for free gifts

If you wish to get free shipping for your free gifts, you can:

  1. Add the gift to your shopping cart the next time you purchase from the shop and
  2. Meet the shop’s minimum spend for free shipping. 

Alternatively, you can check the shipping details for the free gift on its product page and pay for shipping, or see if the seller offers pickup options.

💡 Tip

If you’re a Shopee Supermarket member, spend a minimum of $55 to enjoy free shipping. Checkout your free gift in the same shopping cart to save on shipping fees.
