Pick lockers is a collection service that allows buyers to self-collect their parcels from selected Pick!'s parcel collection lockers at their convenience.

To choose Pick Lockers as your shipping option, go to the Checkout page, Select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > under Lockers > Select Pick Lockers > Select a desired Pick Lockers suggested based on your address > Select Confirm > Select Place Order.

To choose another Pick Locker, you may select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Select Choose another Locker > Select Search bar > Key in desired area (e.g. “Ang Mo Kio”) in the search bar > Select a desired Pick Locker > Select Confirm > Select Confirm > Select Place Order. 

You will be notified via SMS & email once your parcel is in the locker.

If you’ve registered your number with the Pick! App, the PIN will be sent via the App & email only (no SMS). 

⚠️Note

• The collection window is 3 days from the parcel deposited date - you may refer to the SMS & email (or Pick! App & email if you are registered) for the date of the last day for collection.

• If your parcel was yet to be collected within the collection window, a daily reminder will be sent during this period.

• If collection is not made within the collection window, the parcel will be retrieved.
